Just to be clear, are we talking about staying in Port Sulphur? If so, how far is that from Venice? I was originally planning to go to Venice but am up for whatever. just wanted to know if it was a short distance if I wanted to trailer over and check out that area.

The Red Fish Inn is in Empire, LA. That is about 20 miles from Port Sulphur and about 20 miles from Venice. The fishing is great in Empire, but it is just a short haul to the other places.

Chalk, sounds like a plan, but Rocket might want to go to. Then we couldn't abuse his boat as much.

We can go whenever it works out for the most people. Some may have to come on Thurs and others on Friday. Lets just see what pans out.

Did you have any problems with the date in April? Maybe we just go twice

Found this old thread and was just wondering if anyone can recommend an inshore charter for a group of 4 in the Chandeleur Island area. I have some customers that want to go.
