St. Marks/Wakulla rivers 2/10/05

Post by tin can »

Launched at the fort at 0830. The water was already low. Went up the Wakulla and fished back down till noon. Not a bite. Headed up the St. Marks and immediately started catching bass. Caught about 40 bass between 1230 and 1630. Also caught 6 redfish. One red was about 16". The other five were caught on five consecutive casts, and ranged from 23" to 29".

The wind blew all day, and it was chilly. But the fish cooperated.
