Blazer Bay vs. NauticStar

Post by creech »

I have started looking at getting a little bigger boat and I think I have narrowed my options down to two. I currently fish out of a 16' but have been looking at the Blazer Bay 1960 and the NauticStar 1900. Any opinions?

When I was looking at boats I searched for info on both. Couldn't find too many complaints about either. The NauticStar seemed to have an exceptionally high satisfaction among its owners on other forums. It also seemed to have some nice finish for the price. Let me emphasize that I've never taken a ride in either. Do some searches on thehulltruth.net. I know Sea Pro has also got a pretty solid rep and some folks around here like Key West.

1960 Blazer Bay

Post by blazer_dave »

The Nautic Star is a fine looking boat but, I must admit my bias towards the Blazer Bay. :D The 1960 is a great new boat for us that has been doing very well and we're trying to get production up to meet the demand. Our dealer in Tallahassee just got in a 1960 and if you would like to take a closer look at it I suggest you act soon, it may not last long. :D
