Hydraulic Steering fluid.....

Post by Will_Fish_4_Food »

Is something you have to regularly add to? I've never had it before and just started reading about it. I see where you add the fluid at the base of the steering wheel, but don't know whether it's something that needs to be periodically topped off? If so wouldn't I have to find some kind of vent screw (bleeders or something like that) to allow more fluid?

The hydraulic system "should" be a closed system. If it wasn't you wouldn't be able to steer. Only if you have a leak should you have to add any. If you have a leak somewhere you will know it.
