Had a boat to detail at Shell Island Fish Camp, so I decided to take mine back with me this morning since it was still hooked up to the truck from yesterday....

Left the Fort at 11:00 and headed back towards the Rock Garden. There was about 8 boats there already and all were fishing close in. I decided to try the 5-6 ft. depth, like yesterday.....nada. Moved closer in.....nada. Moved farther east.....nada. At 1:30 I decided to call it a day and troll a little on the way back in. Had two hits, and boated 1 nice spanish at the channel.

Nice day to be on the water, weather wise, and hardly a breeze.....oh well, at least now I can get my work done!

I guess Tom was just holding his lip a little different

It was really calm today unlike yesterday.....I knew when I got out there that it was not going to be the same unless there was a litle more action on the surface. Interestingly though, the candy corn SWA was just about the only thing I didn't throw at them today!!! Was glad to hear that at least Tom found 'em though.....

Hey dolphinatic, At least you got the salt breeze in your face!
Do you work at the Fish camp? Or do you just do some work for the folks that stay and keep their boats there?
