Fished around Pattys Island and east of Wakulla Beach. Caught 3 redfish to 24" around the oyster bars on the afternoon falling tide. Picked up several short trout on the west side of Pattys Island on jigs and cajun thunders. The wind was horrible. I swear I heard the NWS say winds and seas subsiding in the afternoon with protected waters smooth by dark. I must have misunderstood. Great to be out there. Can't wait until next time.

T.D.---Spinnerbaits. We lost another 5 reds to poor hookups. I think they were hitting the spinner instead of the grub. Wish I would of thrown a gold spoon a little.

Chalk--I'm ready.
