Put in at the lighthouse at noon. I took my wife fishing that was a first. We ended up a little over beyond Grey Mare (in three drifts) and picked up a two man limit but only kept 8. One decided he didn't want his picture taken and sprung from my hands back into the water, that was a first! Lost a couple boat-side. Caught all the fish in 5-6’ using candycorn 5" eels under a CT, water temp averaged 70.5. We released at least three 15"s that were too close for comfort. As the afternoon wore on, the winds really picked up and made for some hard fishing. At times, I could only see my CT between the swells. Got home in time to clean & eat fresh trout. My wife blackened a few fillets for and outstanding dinner.

I was surprised that my partner stayed with me and fished patiently. The wind and rough water made fishing tough, but she hung in there and kept trying until I was ready to go. She cought 1 or 2 keepers and really surprised me. She still has a long way to go with her casting, but she did prety well for a first-timer
