Launched and went around to mouth of Ochlocknee Bay where my friend was slaying the trout and mackeral the day before.

A little rough with some whitecaps.

Someone else right by us was having some luck but he decided to head in.
It was kinda rough with the tide ripping out so we headed in and drifted over the top of a oyster bar that was fast becoming no longer submerged.
My buddy had bought a 1.79 walmart lure and threw over an oyster bar. WHAM he lands a 20in red.

The tide was ripping so we head back out to the spot we were trying earlier to relive his glory of the day before. Nothing.

So we were going to try the tip of Mashes Sands and on the way there I told my buddy to try a breakwater at the mouth of Ochlocknee Bay.
Paydirt we start nailing the trout.

Tally:
20 in Red
5-7 nice trout
1 nice makerel.
We head in and get caught on about 4 sandbars. Nothing like pushing the boat in 6in of water in the dark.

Barely limped in and it was way way dark.
Oh yeah I got to see the best shooting star in my life.
