A unique website dedicated to fishing information from Florida's Northern Big Bend. This includes the area from the Econfina River west to the Apalachicola River
Use this area to post inshore fishing reports from the area. Please try to include relevant information such as:
Location, date, time, water conditions, weather conditions, baits, techniques, species caught, etc.
I'll make it short and sweet, or I could copy several other reports.
Caught about 80 trout to finally get a limit of keepers. They would hit anything. I caught fish on top water, a catch 2000, CT and jig, bottom jig, and a live pinfish (caught the pinfish on a catch 2000).
Took JT51's advice and moved around. Caught the 5 keepers in 5 different places. My GPS says I covered 50 miles today. But I did find several places I didn't know about.
“Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you are a mile away from them and you have their shoes.”
But I did find several places I didn't know about.
However, that beg's the question..... but did the places have fish
Heck, I find new places near bout everytime I go out....they just don't have fish... ya don't really think I'd keep going back again and again if there weren't no fish there do you ... boy... can't wait for the replies to start pour'n in
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

Yes, they had fish. But, ya better not be in a hurry to get to, or leave them.
