Took a half day and headed out the river to the West flats with Woodburn, an area I have never fished. It was his day to catch fish, all 3 keeper trout in the cooler where his including the 22 incher below. Caught another 20 shorts 12 of which were his, you do the math. He caught a couple ladyfish including the big one below that broke his rod. Drift through 4 - 6 ft of water producing fish on topwater, jigs under CT and shrimp under CT. He even caught my lure for me when a spanish broke me off. Rough and windy but still a good day.

Thanks.
Luckily, I bought the rod the day before so was able to return it for a new one the next day.
