Got to the ramp at 6:15, Scott was waiting and ready
Run to the first spot and never left it till we had our limit "at 8:30"
two 17"ers, six 19"ers, a 21" and a 24"
water was 77 deg. and ang most fish where cought on a Chartuse curly tail under a CT, no shorts where cought the entire day and Scott picked up two keeper Spanish also
I have to say it was a plesure to fish with Scott and the fish did us proud

I got a feeling that Scott and his wife will be back out there again this afternoon
Time ta go eat some of them thangs, now that I got em cleaned and fried up "only took two for us"

The O is the Ochlocknee
we was fishin in front of the last Oyster bar going out "in front of Bald Point", depth was 2.5 to 3.5 foot and lots of Spanish hitting the bait in the channle "around 18 foot"
FYI, the deep part of the channle in that area is no where near the channle markers
hope ya'll can get out there and catch some of em also

Thanks for the trip, Walden. Unfortunately, that was the best news of the week, as you know the wind howled and it rained almost every day.
Those must have been Wevans' trained pet trout, cause it was some of the only ones that I managed there all week... Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Even got skunked on Saturday, but I was not alone in that experience.
Mrs. iknownuthin did manage a nice 29" red on Thursday morning. Quite an experience trying to stay off the oyster bars and land the red in a howling wind. We did it however.
Thanks for everything, Walden. Teresa was dead on with the dining recommendations, and I really appreciate the tips on fishing the Ochlockonee Bay area. The hard bottom tripped me up, and the fishing was tough, but I can definitely say I will be back!
