Well Saturday a.m. the flags looked like it may be promising to go offshore, but thats where that ended as it was fairly rough heading out into the tightly placed 2 - 3's. First stop in 55 ft, was a major shark hole, could not find anything other than sharks, so after some fun battles it was time to move on in search of others. Stop #2 in 62 ft was much better, but there were still sharks around, I guess it was all in the placement of the bait, to avoid the sharks. One person would catch a Snapper, and right next to him the other had a shark on, darnedest thing. Anyway after about 4 hours it was time to go in as we got beat to death and had enough. Ride in with the following seas was much better as we surfed the swells back in.
Catch for the day:
1 - Gag
3 - Snapper
2 - Sharks kept out of many caught
1 - trigger
1 - Grunt
Sweet glad ya'll got into some fish it looked mighty rough out there when I went to my pa-inlaws Shrimp boat on Saturday
