I'll have it in the water this coming weekend......I'll report back!
I don't think they'll be any worse than the flaps...the splash well already doubled as a live well!! :o

My boat has a 95 gallon fuel tank....if you fill it, put 4 guy's, tackle, two coolers, etc...it sits down in water....... Lightly loaded, it's not a problem.....

I had sea dog rubber flappers...and they were basically like having nothing at all....of course they were a few years old, and needed replacing....
I'm hoping these will do a little better.....although, nothing short of a plug will keep the boat completely dry.

I have the rubber scuppers and they work fine. I think the key is to keep them pliable with armor all or something like that. I never get water coming on the deck.

guess I'll throw in my .02.....my boat came w/ the ping pong balls already installed (19 polar rg)....they work great imo, and not to go against the grain but they're not very noisy....better to have a little noise than wet feet in the winter time 8)

BALL SCUPPERS!!

Had the boat loaded to the gills....90 gallons of fuel, 3-men, + my wife, Two 120 quart coolers....one full of ice, the other with  .......Terrible wind and waves.......no water on the floor......didn't hear them rattling either (could've been the gale force wind)

I'm impressed! :-D
