The democrat says the Fort SHOULD be open. I don't what should means?

Thanks Eerman- I emailed Shields Brett and he said the fork lift is running and the store will be open as usual. I am wondering what shape the floating dock is in at the Fort....

bstockwell- your Dad is a "Living Legend" and you are going to have to fill some mighty big shoes....

Might be too late to catch you; but, the Democrat said the floating dock is gone at the fort. I guess you launch and get wet?
