Aucilla July 17

Secondhand report...My friends went to Aucilla yesterday.Much experienced on trout fishing. The ramp is gone from the landing...but you can still launch. The high water got it.
They fished west of the river in the rock garden area. Caught many critters but not one keeper trout between the two of them. Water was kinda dark at places...but clearer in others. Many cats..lady fish...black bass (short)...lots short trout...no keepers.

Fisherman what do you mean the ramp is gone? Are you saying the concrete washed out? If so might be a good thing, needed a better 1 any way.

Catchin 1......no the concrete launch pad you back in -on is still there...the floating dock is what's gone....my friend said.

There were 2 docks and now there are none.

I was also curious when you said the ramp was gone. Those aren't concrete pads, That's rock.
