NOAA - Where are you?
I am planning a trip to Econfina this weekend. I hope to go offshore Saturday and Sunday. Where is NOAA at when you need him. I cannot find a Caostal Waters forecast that is working. Does anybody have an alternate site?

It was up yesterday morning....Then it disappeared....I was looking at the buoy off of Mobile...47.9 ft wave height
