St Marks 9-3

Put in at the light house ramp at first light and went west. Started out on some bars hoping for a red, with no luck. Moved out to the grass to look for trout, and we found them. Ended up one short of our limit, with the biggest about 19.5in. All on jigs. And all within a few hundred yards of one spot. Strange but if we drifted off it we didn't get any bites. Left by noon to watch football.

Sounds like fun being on em! What was the depth where you found em?

Around 6-8ft, but still in a lot closer in than most everyone else we saw.
