I think I'll do a Jumptrout51 report today. :-D

4 Reds
1 shark
3 pinfish
40+ trout, 4 over 20"

All caught on Calcutta reels using various baits.

The only problem with today was I couldn't catch a slot trout. They were all either short, or over 20".

27" red and 25" trout

Some folks on this forum would tell you to look for another hero. But, you shouldn't listen to anything Chalk, Birddog, Wevans, Stockwell, Tom Keels, Jumptrout51, and several others might have to say about me.

Red Tide

Post by Sharky »

TC,
DixieReb & I were going to go to St.Marks Friday but today I got wind of a red tide inshore at Mexico Beach. Have you heard anything on this or do you have any contacts that we could hook up with? With gas going for $2.70/gal here, 200 miles is a little to far to drive just for a dry ride to have to turn around and come back home. :smt010
I'd rather have a bad day on the water than a good day at work!!

No indication of any red tide around St. Marks inshore. Might wanna check the official FWC web site, though.
