Lanark 9/17, 9/18

Post by noleflyfisher »

Fished out of Lanark on Saturday and Sunday. Tides were great this weekend and the fishing was also. Saw LOTS of reds including a massive school (over 100 fish) on each day. Also ran into a lot of small groups of five and six fish. Fish were real shallow. The flat was alive all weekend with big and little sharks, sheepshead, black drum and jacks (we bumped into a school of big jacks daisy chaining in some real shallow water :o ). The water feels great and is cleaning up nicely. We're in for a big fall. Go Noles!
