Cloud Nine

Post by Reel Slow »

Had a great day at St. Marks Sunday. A buddy and I fished shoreline from 12-6:30. Boated 10 reds to 24" and lost 5 more. Drank a bunch of water. Missed a half a dozen strikes on topwater. Had 1 good trout bite during the outgoing tide, an 18.5" on topwater. Drank more water.

Seems after the hot spell the trout had left the shallows we and BD and Chalk found them in Friday, dunno? Bite was best on the outgoing tide. My best day ever on Reds... But I ain't spoiled yet!

BD, I tried, but you know how fishing is? You burned my tail pretty good one day.
