Made about 5 trips out and tried to get in close but still rather
non-productive. Only managed three keeper trout but they were
nice at 18, 19 and 21. Did manage to catch several shorts on topwater against the grass when I could play the wind for a decent cast.
Had a few nice blowups but fish didn't seem serious.
Sure didn't take long to get a red face from the wind.
It may be that my sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

There might be a waiting line to get in them creeks, Catchin. If I can find time in my busy schedule, I'm gonna chase reds in that direction. I'll keep ya posted on which creeks ya need to fish.
RHTFISH, ya done good. Some days, regardless of the conditions, ya just gotta fish.
