Absolutely slayed the fish!!
Left Alligator point marina at about 3:45 after school. motored to the spit. it was dead calm, nary a wave. Second cast caught a 13" sheepshead. caught trout all day long. Got cut off numerous times by bluefish, but managed to catch a few.
Saw huge schools of big redfish but they were in such a frenzy when i hooked one the others broke the line trying to get the bait! All in all a good afternoon to spend playing hooky from work.
There are fish everywhere!!!!
kept:
8 trout 16-22"
2 spanish, 23", 32"
1 sheepshead 13'
1 redfish 22"
tight lines and blue skies; Capt. K
Now that's a heck of a catch expecially in a short amount of time
