A unique website dedicated to fishing information from Florida's Northern Big Bend. This includes the area from the Econfina River west to the Apalachicola River
I caught one on my pin fish pole last weekend. Using a piece of fish bite on a small bream hook. Sure was fun, however it was only about 12" long, put him back to catch again another day.

A TopDog, around the rocks I don't fish there, but I would bet on a TopDog around the Oyster bars or the creek mouths
“Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you are a mile away from them and you have their shoes.”
2.65 miles to the East of the river up on the shore you will see a small marshy island. Behind that clump you will see 3 creeks, fish the last hour of the incoming tide, make a long cast with a 1/8 ounce DOA jighead with a new penny DOA cal series grub. Throw around that clump of grass. The distance is pretty accurate, it was calulated from the tri-pod. I hope this helps. It took me a while to learn that area. Hopefuly, this will get you started.
