I saw where the bag limit will remain at 5 also!!!

Judge Overturns Emergency Rule for grouper other than red!

The judge issued a favorable ruling that NMFS acted in an arbitrary and capricious mnanner by closing all grouper instead of just red grouper.

ONLY RED GROUPER WILL BE CLOSED!

AGGREGATE BAG LIMIT REMAINS AT FIVE FISH!

I'm joining the CCA now. Should have before. We have to support any group that stands up for fishermen especially if they are that effective.

Everyone that supports the overrule should join the CCA, FRA or both.

I can't wait to go diving now..man its like christmas...I have a few awesome spots 11 - 12 miles out that load up with grouper in Nov..i never liked those wormy reds anyway
