Oyster Bay 11-15

Post by pennfish »

Got to the water at daylight, put a couple pounds of shrimp in the bucket for later. Off to the oystering grounds, filled 4 five gallon buckets with hand picked, select bivalves :lick: by 8:30. Back to the fishing spot to torture some shrimp and I got there just in time to catch about 15 reds before the water became high enough for the fish to really spread out, man that south wind blew that water in fast, I thought I was gonna have more time with the - tide , but when the limit of reds comes on the second cast it didnt really matter. Going to Americus,Ga. to a friends hunting camp at noon today and gonna suprise them with oysters and redfish for dinner. Yall have a good one, and man those reds are hot right now!
