Got to the ramp again at 11AM...This time there is no putting the boat in the water. A negative low tide and a north wind had no water on the ramp. Made for some good conversation with other patient fisherman. Finally about 12:30PM my buddy and I put the boat in the water. Should have waited about 20 or 30 more minutes but we got it in the water none the less. Tiptoed out the river and saw things that really scared me. The bite was slow but later in the day we did pick up some keeper trout in shallow water. Ended the day with 11 keepers (we only keep 10) and about twice as many throw backs. The water got really calm late in the day and made for a nice ride back to the ramp about 5PM. Two nice days to do some fishing and relaxing. P.S. all but one were caught on shrimp under Cajun Thunder.

"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".
