New Book/Talk on the Big Bend Saltwater Paddlling Trail

Here is a brand new book by Doug Alderson about the Big Bend Saltwater Paddling Trail. In fact, the Wilderness Way (just south of the Truck Route on the Woodville Hwy.) will be hosting a book-signing event (with refreshments!) this coming Sunday, 11 Dec, from 5-7 pm. The author will be speaking and showing slides about his experiences on the Trail. Good chance to hear about one of the truly great, yet little known, natural resources in the entire State of Florida. No charge.

Great book. Lots of history and nature- two of my most favorite things.
