Garmin USB Data Card Programmer

So I went for broke (literally), not really I got it at Shields and they installed it and I got a great deal, and put the 2006C with the sounder on my boat. Also got the through hull transducer.

Only one complaint, does anybody find it strange that you can not put waypoints on the data card? :-? Does anybody know a way around this? Taking the whole machine inside seems like a waste when you have these nice little cards to carry data on. I have emailed Garmin and will let you know what I hear.

Ok, so I get to respond to my own post. I talked with Garmin and they told me they are working on the ablility to put waypoints on data cards and I am now on the email list to know when the update is available.

I will let everyone know when it is done.
