Dang It!!!

Friend calls me last night, and wants to go fishing. I state I cannot, due to newphew's birthday party. However he is welcome to come get my boat since his is down.
Thirty minutes after watching him, and another friend pull out of my driveway, we get a call that the party has been canceled!

Oh well, there's always next time.

good attitude there, Rocket. But, I beg to differ. You can never make up for a missed day of fishing.

Brought the boat back a couple of hours ago, 50+ reds, 1 flounder, 1 trout.
They fished in creeks west of Aucilla, used shrimp. and grubs.
I burned three stumps, and cleared an area for a dog kennel I'm fixing to build.
Go figure.

Dang Rocket, sounds like some of my luck. Got to do the family stuff though, and ya had a nice day to do ya chores..
