Panacea explorin'

Post by Eerman »

Headed out this moring about 8. Needed to give the boat a good runnin' and test out a couple of new combos that came from Santa Clause. Spent most of the day exploring in the clear water. I'm pretty sure there is something wrong with the new rod and reels as no fish seemed to want to jump on them. Seriously, spent most of the day in REALLY skinny water trying to learn some new areas. Good day, boat still runs, and I still have a prop.

Do you have a stainless prop? If so, I'd be glad to go with you and teach you my prop polishing technique.

TC,
Unfortunately I don't have a stainless prop yet (something about diapers being more important...I don't get it). If you would ever be willing to demonstrate your prop polishing technique in your boat, I am a ready and willing pupil.

...... careful Eerman, ignorance is bliss! :o TC can find some pretty abrasive stuff to polish a prop with! :o

I would be glad to demonstrate the prop polishing technique in my boat. Heck, I can demonstrate it just as well, or better, in your boat. Mine is plenty polished right now. It got polished again today.

Well I'll take whatever lessons I can get in whatever boat I can get in. But without a stainless prop and super duper skeg guard, it may be more a class in removal procedures versus polishing procedures in my boat. I guess it would be a good excuse for a new prop..."I swear honey, it was TC's fault. He swore we could hop right over that oyster bar if our trajectory was just right." :-D
