Texas Tackle Fishing Report

Post by Chalk »

First off I did not get my Captain's license yet...not sure where the title came from....

Texas Tackle Factory contacted me and asked if I would provide a monthly fishing report...I agreed, they are site sponsors and I felt some what obligated....You can subscribe to the newsletter if you want to at http://www.texastacklefactory.com. I will post on here as well.

I pick random pictures and utilize the information in your posts for the report, so get out there and take some more pictures.

Change it to "Cap'n" Jim and it can be an honorary title. Like "Cap'n Jim and his trusty sidekick Beaverlip"

Cool....And that's looks like a pretty good premeir report there, Capt Jim- Go get the ticket now, if you care to. Probably some good stuff to learn in the process. We'll call you capt either way.
We are all captains of our own ships and in our own minds, anyway.

"Trusty" works for me  :D

Ole Beaverlip (an honorary title as well :-D ) took me through some pretty nasty stuff on Saturday.... and we didn't run hard aground and have to wait on the tide...... run out of gas... take on water because of too much tackle.... or have to be towed in! And Caught Fish :D
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".
