OK, MJ, you asked for it, so here are the pics from GAFFE I.

Just got back from a winter yak-fishing trip down the East Cost of Florida and into the Everglades with some KayakFishingStuff.com buddies. I came up with the name of â€œGAFFEâ€

Yep--them is bugs--dadgum gnats! Seemed to like to settle on the yaks, but didn't bother us otherwise--not the biting blackfly variety, fortunately.
