Left the ramp just before low tide with a former co-worker and his father-in-law and exited the river to find 2-3 footers with at least 12-15 mph winds. What happened to the 8 mph stuff? Made our way through the spray to a spot in 19 feet and anchored up in rougher 2-4’s with whitetops slapping the boat. Fished LY’s and Squad with only a 12â€
Tin, My finder showed plenty of large fish in every place we stopped but few bites. We had another fine fish break off when he hit the bottom but that was about it. You ever caught decent sheephead on any of those artifical reefs around that area? I've never tried for um but I'm entertaining the thought.

Good Report Rogan:
It's nice to catch keepers thata close.
Catching sheepies can be fun, they can tug a line pretty well...
I use live shrimp, but fiddler crab and squid will work too.
I recommend circle hooks because they're easier to "take off" and you will wind up with a few shorts usually.
They're a B to clean. watch those fins!
Fried , they are great table fare!
Tight Lines!
