Ocklockonee 2-4-06

Post by wevans »

Hit Cow Creek landing with uncertain hopes of a fish at 7 this morning, first thing I hear is a BUNCH of boats taking off from the park :o YEP, they had a tourny goin today :smt012 wind was brisk, ta say the least and the water was well above normal "gettin in all the excuses all at once" :-D fished the usual and unusual spots with little luck. I ended the day at 2 with two shorts for the day "talked to three of the tourny fishers and they had yet ta catch a keeper also". A pretty day if not for the wind and it beat working around the house

Those reds are like pigs. They'll eat most anytime you find them.
