Skiff

Looking for a Carolina Skiff or similiar hull for an experiment - probably a 16 footer, maybe 18. Want to try a go-devil motor on one and check draft, speed, cornering, etc........ Anybody got one or got access to one??? I thought about trying my 25 hp go-devil on a J16 hull. Want something for the flats and duck hunting that a little bigger and more open than my current aluminum boat. Any help would be appreciated.

Aren't most skiff's going to be white? That's not real condusive to duck blasting, I guess painting would be an option (or would it?)

You can actually custom order a Carolina Skiff in camo, but it would be easy to paint one up. I just want to find out how well it will work with a go-devil.
