Water Temps.

Post by RC »

Is it my imagination or has that 70 degree water temp green line moved north quite a bit this week?

Looks like the water temp in panama city has gone up about 4 degrees this week.

Does anyone remember when we got up to 70 degrees last year? If I remember right it was in April.

Any bets on this year?

Water temps

Check out this site. It is historical data on water temps for the Tyndall buoy. You can monitor the water temp in that area on virtually an hourly basis. My experience is nothing much happens until the water temp hits 68 degrees.

By looking at this historical data, you can figure within a week or so when the water temp will hit 70.
