Leader or not?

Leader or not?
For those of you using super braids, do you run a leader or fish with the braid tied direct to your lure/hook? I've experimented both ways and it seems to not really matter with the lighter weight lines, 8-15# tests. Do any of you have the same experiences?
When I tie a leader I just use the uni and make several extra wraps than what I do with mono. Seems if I don't the braid actually cuts the mono inside the knot.
However, just to make my vote, I am now using super braids exclusively (Power Pro though I'd like to know where to get the Tuff Line talked about) since I've learned how to handle it, protecting equipment and fighting fish a bit differently than mono.

Flouro leader always & I'm almost exclusively Power Pro now. There are some hurdles with PP but very much worth it. I just tried some Calcutta braid & it hasn't convinced me yet. I'm trying to give it the benefit of doubt until the wax wears off and the "full spool" finds its happy level.
The J-knot is a winner. Easy easy & I use it as my terminal knot too. Here's a link:

Heh, heh, heh
You guys have made me laugh out loud for a long time now so I certainly expected nothing different in this thread......
...........Monkeys, literary style, trickery and secret lures.........all in a serious....
.........thread about fishing.
Got to love it.
By the way, I think I will learn the j knot. I'm really not too happy with the uni in this application. As for the Strenbraid, I can never find any at Wally world. Guess I'll try Sports Authority. I've heard it keeps its color longer and that is all the difference I've really heard.
Thanks guys.......And keep up the good posts. (However, you could give just a bit more info on the sucessful lures like COLOR.....
......)

I throw alot of pink lures TT.....If I had to choose three lures it would be a pink fluke with a 5/0 hook, speckled trout colored skitterwalk and a Greedy Gut popping cork with a 1/8 ounce jig head and pack Texas tackle red killers in Texas bone (clear/glow with silver metal flake)
But we have won the last two NFGFC tournaments throwing pumpkinseed colored lures...something the peanut gallery cannot state or refure
