Lanark 3/18

Post by Q Fisher »

Karl and I put in around 10:30am at Lanark Village Marina, and headed east toward the FSU Marine Lab. Fished in 6 to 4 feet of water with a thunder, and jig. Fished the incoming tide, and the bite quit as soon as the tide quit.
Caught a total of 25 to 30 trout and bagged our limit, 8 from 16 to 20" and a 22.5", and a 24". Had to throw back several over 20", and a bunch that were less than 15.5".
All in all it was an awesome day. The fishing was good, and so was the catching.
I have posted the following pictures for LittleRed, and Capt. Scibelli, (ie WetJet) as proof.

This is my first post, I hope it's a good one.[/img]
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.
