Fiber Glass advice needed

The hatches on one of our boats are about are about 6 years old and are beginning to get tiny fiber glass in any bare legs that sit on them. Any advice on what can be done to reseal these or whatever? Thanks for any advice!

might try a new coat of gel coat..
