Lets go Fishing April 15

Well I start my first day of work in Tallahassee Monday April 17. So if someone wants to go do a little kayak fishing on Saturday Apil 15, let me know. I'm going to stop in Jacksonville and fish April 8,9 and would love to get started Wakulla or Panacea area. I'd rather fish in the saltwater for reds. trout or flounder but I'm open for suggestions. Let me know if you want to go, and we can meet somewhere. You guys know better than me, so you pick and I'll be there.

I may be in & I'd suggest we title a new post to go to Wakulla Beach as our 2nd trip. I'll see if I'm in & if I can make it I'll be able to help with the idea a lot more. In particular, about 2 years ago I created and posted a detailed map on Wakulla Beach. I marked a lot of spots & essentially mapped a circuit. Problem is, I haven't been able to locate it since but I also haven't looked much either. Any help would be great. I think the map I made could work as an initial model for what we can do for each other on various trips.
Again, I'll see if I'm in for the 15th & chime in from there.

Wakulla beach sounds good to me. I hear the water is pretty clear down there. Just let me know where to meet and I'll be there.

Hey jsuber,
Sorry you didn't get any takers for the 15th--we tried--the 15th was one option that was proposed for our Floatilla Trip #2 to Wakulla Beach last weekend. But it seemed that this weekend (15th) was a difficult one for most to make. Not only is it Easter weekend, but also IRS weekend to get taxes finished up.

Our next trip was suggested for the West side of Wakulla Beach, but no date has been decided on as yet. What's good for you?
