Went out of Carabelle at 8:00 in the morning. Went to 70 foot, good numbers last year before the red tide.
A few nice red snapper that had to go back (federal water). Also about 10 short red grouper and gag grouper. One pink mouth and one king picked up trolling.
Not sure but seems alot has changed since last August. Guess I will need to find some new honey holes.
Did the red tide mess up select spots or the whole general area?
Sorry bout ya luck there 'Fox. Don't know about the R/T thing, could be some truth in it. That, and all the stroms probably stirred up the fish bowl pretty good. Ya just need to go back and check it out, til ya find out for sure..
