Wanna change my ways!

Post by Long_Tat_Law »

Im a life long bottom fisher with no boat. Ive read every blog I can find on trout and reds. ...and Ive begun my collection of spoons, spooks, and skitterwalks. Although fat boys seem to be hard to find in Tally...('')

I would love one of you experts to get me a head start on learning the ways of big bend inshore.

If anyone finds an unsightly open area in their boat and a need for some gas and beer...or sodas...lol let me know.

Im a college redneck so I learn slower than the rest of you but Ill do my best!

If no one will adopt me...Ill just continue riding Capt Anderson's head boat and waste wading out back of St George...

and friends dont let friends ride head boats...lol

All jokes aside, an education inshore style would be very much appreciated.

If not, a few suggestions for better wading areas for trout and reds would be great!

Either way, you guys have already taught me a lot!
If I can't catch it on a hook or shoot it with a bow...it probably ain't worth chasin'!

besides, if I catch it, Ill just have to divorce it later!

Welcome aboard. Keep posting so we don't forget about you. You may also want to check into the fishing club. It's very "educational". :-D

Don't kid yourself, I have torn up the fish from shore.

I too have been learning from the guys on this forum. Catch 2000 caught me some nice trout easter. (I learned about that lure from this site)

Crums in Panacea has some nice lures. Try to find out what colors work.....

They do look tricky to stay up on & I think that's why most people don't think about using one. Truth is, I'd have to litterally climb out to tip mine.

....maybe the "powers that be" need to consider a new section
of the forum for those lawyer types :-D

Welcome to the best fishing site!

About 10% of what you read here is important and useful....
but the other 90% is very entertaining and habit forming!
It may be that my sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
