Went to the "Secret Spot" SHUSH! on the beach.

Immediately caught a 15  inch trout followed by a 20 inch trout.  My buddy i took (Team novice fisherman) :hammer: kept getting hung up on the rocks.

I told him to go down the beach a little to get away from the rocks and he lands a 24" trout! TROUTZILLA!! ROOOAAAARR!

The wind shifted and it was cat-fish-o-rama!

Holla!

Nice going, 2 true. You do better from shore than some of us in boats. Can you tell me if where you fish is anywhere near the strip of beach near the campground? That is the only beach I have fished from over that way, but never caught much. Anyway, nice catch.

There is a spot before the road turns to sand. It has a for sale sign on it and you go over the dune (It is between to houses) I have got trout, white trout and reds there. Give it a try.

It also helps if you can net some LY's I got about 500 of em in one cast at a bait hole I got to. (I used this time to catch trout but reds love em too)

You really gotta spend time to find nice spots. I like to think "If I were a fish would i be eating here?.." get the point?

Try the spot you will like it: the best thing is it is not fished out!
