Lauched at the fort at about 2:30 with a couple of amateurs. One of which talked a big game and the other was looking for his first trout ever.

Headed east to drift the rock garden. BTW thanks to the members who did the mapping of the rock garden. Those points came in handy. The bite was slow but steady. The amateurs were fishing with jigs under CTs and I was bouncing a jig off the bottom. We got our limits of over 20's pretty easily but had some trouble finding the 15-20's. Had to dodge a few little showers but overall it was a pretty good day. By about 530 the rain was gone and it was very nice out. I think I may have set a new record. I snagged 4 pinfish and a nice mullet with my jig go figure. The big talker ended up with 2 trout over 20 one of which was almost 24" and the newbie got his first trout ever which went about 22.5. If that wont get you hooked nothing will.
Here's some pics of the day.

Heres the 2 buffoons. The one holding the fish is the big talker.

A good trout

The newbie with his first trout. Next trip I will be giving lessons on how to hold a fish for a picture.

...and a nice St. Marks sunset.
Off the water right at dark. Grand totals for the day:
-3 trout over 20"
-4 trout 15-20
-??? shorts
-1 snagged mullet
-4 snagged pinfish
You may be wondering why there are no pics of me with fish. I will just say that the captain always gets shafted.
