this is the first keeper this spring, have caught several shorts
caught it with a pen fish.
how is the best way to eat this
fry, grill bake????

Ain't a thing in the world wrong with fried Cobia either! I fixed some last month and my wife looked at me and said...." I think I have a new favorite fish"! :o I like em broiled as well.
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".
