Got to the LH a little after 7:00 and headed east. First two drifts produced nothing good. Went further east and out to the stake line for deeper water, and found the fishies. Trout and macks, along with some huge ladyfish and jack cravelle. Had to abbreviate that drift when the cell rang and one of our fellow fishers from this board informed me that his motor had quit. Towed him to the ramp, then went for a swim at birdrack. Went to the west after that and fished the bars. Picked up another nice mack and a fat red. Hope to check that area out again next weekend. Fish were caught on a variety of Yozuri lures and assassin plastics (bone diamone and others with glitter seemed to work best, didn't get a bite on the candycorn).
