Not alot to report but figured I better since it has been a while...
Hit the river at 6am and did nothing till around 10am, a little windy and alotta grass in close... caught 2 reds, 18" on a gold spoon, and 25" on a trout colored Skitterwalk. Lotta mullet action and saw lots of small reds but they weren't wantin what i was offerin' ... home at noon for my first fathers day.
PS: Once again after easing upto a spot, and taking my time to be silent, a crab boat runs wide open about 20 yards from me to get into and out of the creek....
I too used to get irritated at the crab boats, but now I accept the fact that they are trying to make a living and I came to realize they really don't disrupt the fishing.

True, but it still is as aggravating as tthe Game Warden on the Airboat doing the same thing last summer.....
