Iamonia this am

Wasn't me, but this is a report forum.

Pulled in to Shepard's b & t this am about 10:00. An older gent and his friend, both retirees, were showing off their catch.

72 hand size fliers. Had a john with a small mudd motor. Moved around the pads dropping jigs.

Looked like they had fun, and they said they did. :-D

WANTED TRY OUT MY NEW TROLLIN MOTOR SO I DECIDED TO DO A LITTLE FISHIN WHILE I WAS THERE. GOT THERE ABOUT 5:30, STILL DARK, WENT WEST TO SOME OF THE TRAILS AND STARTED CASTING A BUZZ BAIT, ABOUT THE 3RD CAST HAD A NICE BASS ON, SPENT ABOUT 10 MIN. UNTANGLIN THE BOOGER, WEIGHED 7 1/2#, SHE WAS FULL OF ROE SO I THREW HER BACK IN. BY THIS TIME THE DAY WAS BREAKING AND THINGS REALLY PICKED UP. THE NEXT BASS WAS ABOUT 10# GOT HER ALMOST TO THE BOAT WHEN THE BUZ BAIT PULLED LOOSE. CAUGHT ABOUT 10 BASS ALL TOGETHER, MOST WOULD GO OVER 4#,
WAS FINISHED BY GOOD DAYLIGHT ABOUT 6:30. THE TROLLIN MOTOR WORKED JUST GREAT, BOUGHT IT USED FOR $50, HAS A FOOT CONTROL AND THAT MAKES IT REALLY NICE. I MIGHT GO BACK INTHE MORNIN.
PA
P.S. ALL FISH WERE RELEASED FOR ANOTHER DAY.

Had a friend go to Iamonia last week. Two guys in two boats. They got on a bream bed and got 141 bream before it got too hot to breath. It's really been a producer this year......but hot...hot...hot up in the day. :-?

Wow that place appears to be on fire. I haven't been there in a couple of years. Maybe I should make a return visit.
