Took the family for a short late day fishing trip to St Marks. On the water about 5:45 (tide was REALLY low) went to the oyster bar just south of the boat canal. Fish everywhere - with the exception of the Pins no takers.
Moved to the bars across from the boat canal and caught fish nonstop for about a 1/2. One of the fish was our first ever Alligator Gar - man did open everyones eyes
Off the water about 8:40 and saw a Panther abut a 1/2 mile south of the visitor center in the Refuge. It crossed the road about 100 feet in front of us. That was really awesome.
