Piney Island

Got to the water around 10:00 or so (low tide), put the boat in headed to the oyster bars. My fish'n padna picked a few 12" trout. The wind picked up and we headed over to Piney. Ended up getting blown to the back of oyster bay, I ended up two with two large sail cats and 16" trout. Not great numbers but a great day on the water. Talked to some guys that fished Lanark earlier and they had two large reds and some short trout...Chalk

Sounds like a tough day. I know what you mean, I just had two days on the water with poor results.
